If you are into silent sports, check out the incredible cross country skiing and snowshoe- ing locations in Grantsburg at Memory Lake Park, near Danbury along the Yellow River at Forts Folle Avoine, on the lighted trails in the rolling Timberland Hills, or along the St. Croix River in the Governor Knowles State Forest.
